The Seventh Schedule sets out the Form in which the Director, Controller or Legal Metrology Officer enters the detailed results of the tests carried out under rule 19. The Form is divided into Parts A to F, the last of which carries the signature of the authorized person and of the manufacturer, packer or competent witness.
A note to the Form provides that if the data sheet runs into more pages than one, each continuation sheet shall bear the signatures specified in Part F.
