यह आपके कार्यालय की पहली फ़ाइल है। This is the first file of your office — a real record in your own पंजी · register, standing at PO-1 in the Draft state (प्रारूपाधीन). Nothing about it is practice. Every act taken on it from this line down is recorded, sealed at the moment it happens, and checkable later by anyone you choose to show it to. फ़ाइल स्वयं अपनी गवाही है — the file is its own witness. Each paragraph below names one act. Take them in order, on this very file; by the last one your first published document will exist, and you will have used everything that matters.
2. दिशा-सूचक · The compass. On the file page, the panel क्या करें · What you can do lists every act your desk may take right now, and nothing else. A button that appears is an act the record will accept; an act that is absent is not being refused — it is simply not available from where the file stands. When unsure, trust the panel, not memory.
3. प्रारूप बदलिए · Edit the draft. Press प्रारूप खोलें · Open the draft. Change something — add a line under this paragraph, correct a word, or type "/" to place a heading or a table. Press सहेजें · Save. What the record shows: the revision joins फ़ाइल की यात्रा · The file's journey with its date and your desk, beside every version before it. Why it matters: no draft is ever overwritten; a correction returns without retyping, and the wording it replaced remains part of the story.
4. टिप्पणी · A comment. Under टिप्पणियाँ · Comments on the draft, press टिप्पणी जोड़ें · Add a comment and set a thought against a paragraph. What the record shows: the comment, its author and its time, on the file; it can be resolved (सुलझा · Resolve) but never erased. Why: in a working office this is where a colleague's objection lives — on the record, not in a chat that deletes itself.
5. प्रस्तुत कीजिए · Put it up. In the panel, press प्रस्तुत करें · Put up. Your office has one desk, so the sheet offers no choice of destination; it says only आपकी ही मेज़ पर · Stays at your desk. What the record shows: a movement — प्रस्तुत · Put up — from Officer-in-charge to Officer-in-charge, sealed as it happened. Why: putting a draft up for decision is a distinct act even when both chairs are yours; the journey shows the decision that follows was taken, not assumed.
6. अनुमोदन · Approve. Press अनुमोदन करें · Approve. What the record shows: अनुमोदित · Approved — by your post, with its time. Why: approval is a deliberate acceptance, and the record keeps it separate from the drafting that led to it.
7. हस्ताक्षर हेतु प्रस्तुत · Put up for signature. Press हस्ताक्षर हेतु प्रस्तुत करें · Put up for signature. The file becomes जारी करने हेतु तैयार · Ready to issue. Why: the text is now the स्वच्छ प्रति · fair copy — the exact words a signature will bind.
8. हस्ताक्षर की कार्रवाई · The ceremony. Press हस्ताक्षर की कार्रवाई · Open the signing screen. A gate list must stand clear before the act is allowed — among them Choose a method: Certificate (demonstration), or Aadhaar eSign (simulated) — the full OTP round-trip, on a page marked as a simulation at every step. If you wish, also draw your hand signature — अपने हस्ताक्षर भी अंकित करें — वैकल्पिक — the familiar face of the act; the record's proof is the cryptographic signature, never the drawing. Press हस्ताक्षर करें · Sign. What the record shows: हस्ताक्षरित · Signed — who signed, holding which post, over exactly the text of the fair copy. Why: a signature bound to the text cannot be moved to a different text later.
9. जारी · Issue. Press जारी करें · Issue. The reference number is allocated at this moment, in the same act — never guessed in advance. What the record shows: जारी · Issued, and the instrument frozen as it stood. Why: an issued document is a fact with a number and a time, not a draft that drifted out.
10. प्रकाशन · Publish. Press प्रकाशित करें · Release to the public page. What the record shows: प्रकाशित · Published, and the file page now offers जारी आदेश देखें · Read the published instrument. Why: publication is itself an act on the record — what left the building, and when.
11. जाँच · Verify it yourself. Sign out, or open a private window, and open the published page — it works without any account. Press इस आदेश की जाँच करें · Verify this order and watch the checks run on your own document: फ़ाइल की प्रत्येक कार्रवाई मुद्रांकित है · Every movement of this file was sealed · जारीकर्ता पद द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित · Signed by the post that issued it · जो पाठ आप पढ़ रहे हैं · The text you are reading, compared with the issued copy. The page also states plainly what जाँच claims and what it does not: it confirms who signed and that the text has not changed since issue — it is not a claim of government endorsement. Why this matters most of all: a reader who can check does not have to take your word.
12. अंकन · Markings. This file carries none — no तात्कालिकता श्रेणी · urgency grading, no गोपनीयता वर्गीकरण · security grading — and that is the ordinary case. The vocabulary is real and waits under अंकन — तात्कालिकता व गोपनीयता · Markings — urgency & security for any file that needs it; a marked file wears its badge in the register, and the register can be ordered and filtered by it.
13. परामर्श · Consultation. A file may be sent to another department for its view — अंतर-विभागीय (आई.डी.) टिप्पण भेजें · Send an I.D. note — and the replies collated clause by clause, a reason recorded for every point declined. You will not find that act on this file: an office of one seat has no counterpart to consult. Its absence is not a refusal. The day your file has a counterpart department, the act appears.
14. फ़ोन पर · On the phone. The same register, the same file and the same acts are on the mobile app — read a draft on the way somewhere, approve it, or return it with a reason. The record does not distinguish where an act was taken; an act is an act.
15. यह कार्यालय किसलिए है · What this office is for. A निजी कार्यालय · Personal Office is one seat that issues documents anyone can check — a circular, a notice, an order of your own, under your own name, carrying a signature that verifies and a text that cannot quietly change after it leaves. A department runs the same way, at scale: more desks in the channel, drafts crossing the line to officers who return them with reasons or approve them, consultation moving between departments — the same acts, the same journey, the same जाँच at the end. What you have just done to this file is the whole of it.
